Thank you for shopping with Furbowl. We aim to ensure that your pet’s essentials reach you quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders will be shipped and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on https://furbowl.in/ are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS/email.

Note: Orders placed during high-volume periods may experience slight delays, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 5–7 business days (depending on your location in India)

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • Delivery availability is subject to the courier network and serviceable pin codes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will share:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link (if provided by courier)

You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

6. Delays & Unexpected Situations

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • High-order volume

We will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee delays caused by external courier services.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Customer unavailability

We will contact you for reshipment.
