Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Furbowl, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience for every pet parent. This policy outlines our guidelines for order cancellation, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via:
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

A. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or leaking (in case of liquids), you may request a return.

B. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product or a different variant than ordered.

C. Product Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Original packaging and labels intact

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as food, treats, grooming items, and opened consumables cannot be returned, unless damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Upload photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review and approve the request if eligible.
  4. A pickup will be scheduled (wherever serviceable).

Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved, your refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund time: 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • In cases where cancellation is done within 24 hours, the same refund timeline applies.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product from our end.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery:

  • Pet food
  • Treats
  • Supplements
  • Grooming & hygiene products
  • Consumable items
  • Personalised or custom items

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

In such cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
